City Apartments in London

We are very pleased to announce that our Interior designers have been commissioned by Sherry Green Homes to add that something special or wow factor to a new build apartment project in the City of London.

The property developer realised their new build City Road development needed a touch of professional interior design style.

At the start of the design process we had an initial consultation meeting with the property developers. Their development project management team briefed us on the goals and aspirations of the project. This included the age and diversity demographic of the potential buyers and investors.

It was agreed that we produce a series of mood boards in those areas we felt we could add real value to the project. These mood boards had images, materials and itemised potential upgrades to the interiors of the apartments.

These were very so well received by the client’s team and so we were then asked to re-design 17 of the buildings kitchens. The client felt these kitchens originally design by the architects, didn’t make good use of the space and lacked that something special.
Using many of ideas we had learnt on other interior design projects, we created kitchens that were contemporary, exciting to look at and maximised storage and cupboard space.

We managed all this whilst keeping those people in the kitchen entertaining their guests connected in the dining areas and living spaces.
